Restaurant Sage Gastro

A small restaurant built around a long communal table and an open kitchen. Chef Jun Nishiyama works alone, serving tasting menus without a printed card. The dishes change daily. An evening may begin with oysters in miso, continue with duck egg and curry, and end with something entirely unexpected. Everything is served at the kitchen’s own pace, without haste. The atmosphere is intimate, the interior minimal.
