Restaurant Cellar to Table

A project by chef Francesco Bonvini, hidden in one of the old villas on Donghu Road. Everything here revolves around wine. Dishes are selected to match the bottles, not the other way around. The room is dimly lit, with old cabinets and bottles that are rarely seen in Shanghai. The menu changes frequently, though pasta and seafood are almost always present. In summer, tables are placed in the inner courtyard. Simply, without decoration.
