Restaurant Taian Table

A project by chef Stefan Stiller. Everything revolves around the open kitchen. Guests sit directly at the chefs’ table and observe the process. The menu is small and updated regularly, roughly once a month. Unexpected accents appear: kimchi, yuzu, Indonesian spices alongside French sauces. The interior is simple, with wood, steel and clean lines.
