Vegetarian fine dining in a house with an inner courtyard. The menu is built around seasonal ingredients and long preparation processes: fermentation, smoking, infusion. The presentation is calm, almost monastic. The flavours are restrained yet deep. The space is defined by dark wood, stone and silence. Guests eat slowly and speak very little.
