Restaurant Bao Li Xuan

A classic Cantonese restaurant located on the third floor of the historic Shanghai Chamber of Commerce building, next to the Bulgari Hotel. The interior incorporates art deco elements, including black lacquer panels, geometric carpets and jewellery sketches from the Bulgari archives. Chef Fu prepares Cantonese cuisine with precision and respect for tradition. Dim sum is a particular highlight and is best enjoyed at lunch before 2 pm.
