A branch of the legendary Tokyo yakitori restaurant by chef Yoshiteru Ikegawa, now under the direction of his best student, the young prodigy Ryo Matsui.

A fundamental institution that functions simultaneously as both a restaurant and a school; repetition, patience, and attention to every stage of food preparation, according to Ikegawa’s vision, are meant to cultivate not only the finest masters—continuers of the tradition of yakitori-dō—but also the ideal guests, capable of appreciating the perfection of the glaze thickness on the tara for the chicken tsukune.
