The first overseas outpost of Tokyo’s famed yakitori omakase. Intimate — seating just 15 — and extremely popular. Dinner includes appetisers, soup, 11 skewers made from every edible part of the chicken (including the prized chōchin), vegetables grilled over binchotan charcoal, dessert and friendly conversation with the chefs. Guests wanting more can order unadon — eel over rice.
