Restaurant Sorn

Southern Thai cuisine as interpreted by self-taught chef Supaksorn «Ice» Jongsiri, who grew up in the tradition-rich province of Nakhon Si Thammarat. Sorn’s seasonal tasting menu, heavily focused on seafood, presents regional dishes reimagined in a haute-cuisine idiom, alongside original creations rooted in authentic techniques learned from village cooks and farmers. The result is vivid and almost fairy-tale-like: blue crab from Surat Thani steamed and grilled in chilli paste, or fish curry with young mangosteen harvested in the hills near the protected village of Kiriwong.
