Restaurant Nusara

A ten-seat restaurant built entirely around local produce, offering sweeping views of the old city and the Wat Pho temple. One of Bangkok’s most precious culinary gems, Nusara is dedicated to modern Thai cuisine and to the grandmother of its founders — chef Ton Tassanakajohn and his brother Tam Chaisiri — who instilled in them a love of cooking and a reverence for tradition. The tasting menu presents a refined interpretation of Thai classics, reimagining family recipes and dishes inspired by early 20th-century royal cuisine in a fine-dining format. Before dinner, guests are invited for an aperitif at Mayrai, the bar located beneath the main dining room.
