The core menu offers three noodle dishes: one, inspired by tamago kake gohan, is available only in the morning; the others include shoyu tsukisoba and shio soba in a scallop-and-clam broth. Bowls can be ordered individually, paired with donburi and dessert, or combined into the indulgent matsuri gozen.
