Restaurant Ms. Maria and Mr. Singh

An inventive fusion of Mexican and Indian cuisines, created by the ever-restless Gaggan Anand. The menu is a warm and playful dialogue between two culinary traditions that prove unexpectedly compatible: goat curry with mustard oil inspired by Calcutta, corn-and-quinoa tacos with Indian aubergine bharta, signature «sampanadas» — samosa-empanada hybrids filled with potato, cauliflower, raisins and peanut paste — and other original creations that reward repeat visits. The wine list, focused on Southeast Asia, is notably strong.
