Restaurant Gaa

A personal vision of Indian cuisine by chef Garima Arora — Mumbai-born and a former protégé of Gordon Ramsay and René Redzepi. Experimental yet deeply grounded, Gaa brought Arora international recognition and made her the first female chef from India to receive the highest global culinary honours. The restaurant offers two tasting menus, one of them vegetarian, with optional wine or non-alcoholic pairings. Among the most talked-about dishes are charred corn with smoked corn sauce, spicy duck doughnuts and betel leaves — a cornerstone ingredient of Southeast Asian cuisine — served suspended from the branches of a sculptural «tree».
