One of Bangkok’s most exuberant Spanish restaurants, obsessed with all things “sexy” — from tapas and desserts to the chefs themselves, bustling around the open kitchen in aprons emblazoned with “Sexy Chef”, led by founder Willi Trullàs Moreno. Beneath the playful surface lies a serious, occasionally academic approach to cooking: exemplary Valencian paella with seafood, chicken and rabbit; tender Spanish lamb cooked at low temperatures; and genuinely seductive tapas, especially those featuring Japanese sardines and Iberian ham.
