A veteran of Bangkok’s dining scene, founded in 1998 by Australian siblings Darren and Sherry Hausler. Originally a wine gastro-bar in Bang Rak, it has since evolved — under long-standing chef Tim Butler and mixologist Pop Direkrittikul — into a bastion of international contemporary cuisine. Guests come as readily for duck confit or Maine lobster tom yum as for cocktails with a Thai twist. A classic wine list, including a strong Australian selection and quality gin, remains a defining strength.
