Restaurant 100 Mahaseth (Si Phraya)

An Isan restaurant specialising in offal, housed in an old teak building on Charoen Krung, once Bangkok’s main commercial artery. Both visually and atmospherically, it evokes a nostalgic film set from early-20th-century Southeast Asia.

The menu balances approachable and challenging dishes in line with its nose-to-tail philosophy and the culinary traditions of Thailand’s poorest rural region — from premium beef steaks and grilled ox tongue to fried duck intestines and pork-blood curry.
