The menu features classic ceviche and tartare made from the freshest fish and seafood, tacos with various fillings, and an excellent selection of grilled dishes, including inventive vegetarian options. At Curiosa, even the cauliflower topped with tahini and date sauce reveals an authentic southern character. Other menu highlights include Agua Diablo prawns with almonds and banana, empanadas with spring pea sauce, and the salty “impossible flan” inspired by the eponymous Mexican dessert.
