Restaurant Hinata

A traditional Japanese restaurant on the fifth floor of the Central Embassy mall, offering one of central Bangkok’s finest omakase experiences. Reservations should be made at the counter, where several special sushi sets and tasting menus are served under the direct supervision of the chef, including a children’s menu for guests under 12. Beyond omakase, Hinata offers excellent lunch sets — including wagyu — and a strong à la carte selection throughout the day. Only the freshest fish, premium Shizuoka wasabi, house-marinated ginger and a thoughtful sake list.
