Chef and founder Vicky Cheng, a Hong Kong native, spent two decades working in classical French kitchens across Canada and the United States before returning to his roots. What began as a small, invitation-only test kitchen has, in just four years, become one of Hong Kong’s most significant gastronomic destinations. Through seasonal tasting menus, Wing introduces guests to the breadth of regional Chinese ingredients and techniques, moving effortlessly from abalone-sauced fish maw to Cantonese-style roasted pigeon.
