Bar The Aubrey

An izakaya and bar perched on the 25th floor of the Mandarin Oriental, commanding panoramic views over Victoria Harbour. The space is dressed in theatrical Art Deco tones—stained-glass lamps, copper detailing, velvet upholstery, and a carefully cultivated evening gloom. Among its defining features is an intimate cocktail omakase designed for four guests, alongside a champagne and sake lounge and a constantly evolving collection of Japanese spirits, from gin to awamori. On Friday and Saturday nights, the atmosphere shifts as DJs and curated music programmes carry the bar deep into the night.
