Casual in atmosphere yet intellectually demanding in concept, Neighborhood is the long-standing project of Hong Kong celebrity chef David Lai.
Having trained in California and led the opening of Alain Ducasse’s Spoon in Hong Kong, Lai updates his menu almost daily. Over a decade, the restaurant has evolved from a discreet spot off Hollywood Road into one of the city’s most sought-after tables, offering a rotating selection of roughly twenty dishes inspired by European cuisine and filtered through a deeply personal lens.
