Bar Montana

A lively homage to the golden age of Cuban bar culture, created by Lorenzo Antinori together with Simone Caporale, co-founder of Barcelona’s Sips and one of the most influential figures in contemporary mixology. Spread across two levels—the upper floor reserved for private events with live music—Montana channels the spirit of old Havana through vibrant interiors, high-energy disco and a menu built as a tribute to the historic Cuban bartenders’ guild, the Club de los Cantineros. Original early-20th-century recipes are carefully preserved, with the daiquiri naturally occupying a central, almost ceremonial role.
