An Italian bar conceived in the spirit of cocktail popolari: informal, warm, and disarmingly straightforward. The interior is deliberately modest, almost domestic, yet by early evening a queue reliably forms outside, drawing together locals and travellers alike.

Founder Lorenzo Antinori, a Roman by birth who began his Hong Kong career at the celebrated ARGO in the Four Seasons, placed his bet on approachability rather than spectacle. The drinks list revisits the classic canon with light, contemporary adjustments, while the kitchen serves uncomplicated comfort food—panini with mortadella, meatballs, and other quietly satisfying staples. The Dirty Martini, finished with a smoked olive, has emerged as an unchallenged house favourite and something of a local calling card.
