Restaurant Hansik Goo

The second major project by chef Mingoo Kang after Seoul’s Mingles, Hansik Goo presents contemporary Korean cuisine in an unexpectedly minimalist format. The restaurant offers tasting menus—one for lunch and two of varying complexity for dinner—structured around the logic of a traditional Korean home meal: a sequence of banchan, a complex soup, rice, meat and fish in multiple expressions. A short list of signature add-ons includes a refined, high-end interpretation of sweet chicken wings.
