Restaurant Fineprint

A coffee shop and bakery with locations across the city, including a large pavilion in the arrivals hall of Hong Kong International Airport. The project was founded by Australian barista Scottie Callaghan and restaurateur James Wilson, beginning in 2016 as a small outpost on Peel Street in Soho. The menu centres on house-roasted specialty coffee, naturally leavened sourdough bread, sandwiches and desserts — as well as, according to devoted Hong Kong regulars, what are considered the best carrot cake in the world and a ricotta-and-blueberry toast that has achieved near-legendary status.
