Restaurant Estro

One of Hong Kong’s most visually striking fine-dining rooms, designed in the style of a modernist Neapolitan villa. Dedicated to contemporary Neapolitan cuisine, Estro is led by chef Antimo Maria Merone, an artist and perfectionist whose dishes feel inseparable from the aesthetic of the space itself. The house signature is bottone pasta—button-shaped ravioli whose fillings change with the seasons or the chef’s inspiration, ranging from ricotta and herbs to broccoli with Japanese sardines, or even robiola finished with gold leaf.
