Restaurant Embla

A Nordic-influenced restaurant by chef Jim Löfdahl, formerly at the helm of Frantzén’s Kitchen in Hong Kong. Seasonality is central, with a strong emphasis on local seafood: beyond salmon, herring and sturgeon caviar, the menu regularly features Pacific yellowtail and other regional catches. Asian influences are woven naturally into the cooking—Swedish-style Peking duck and local yellow chicken appear with ease—supported by a thoughtful wine pairing and a well-curated spirits selection.
