Restaurant Belon

Modern French cuisine with a distinctly Asian inflection. At Belon, Peking-style smoked duck is paired with apricot and bulgur, while venison «à la royale» arrives garnished with Yunnan morels. The experience is elevated by an exceptional and ever-evolving wine programme, one of the most thoughtful in Hong Kong, combining rare and avant-garde French producers. Istanbul-born chef Mina Güçlüer joined the project in 2019 and, since 2025, has effectively led the kitchen, continuing to shape its confident, cross-cultural voice.
